1. Definitions
“Author” means the individual that created the Toys.
“Toys” means the copyrighted work offered under this license.

“Educational” means an activity which takes place within a School, Preschool, Kindergarten, Primary School, Secondary School, High School, College or University, which does not breach any restrictions of Section 4.
“Download” means any file You recieve by means of digital transmission.

Nothing in this license is intended to reduce, limit, or restrict any rights arising from fair use.
3. License
Subject to the terms of this License, the Author shall hereby grant You a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use the toys as stated below:
1. to distribute copies of the Toys by means of digital transmission or printed facsimile for Personal or Educational use.
2. to reproduce exact facsimiles of the Toys for Personal or Educational use.
4. Restrictions
The license granted in Section 3 above is expressly limited by the following restrictions:
1. You must include a copy of this license or the Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) with every digital copy or printed facsimile of the Toys that you distribute. (For your convenience a copy of the URI is included on every Download). You may not impose any restriction or license other than those laid out within this license.

THE AUTHOR MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND CONCERNING THE TOYS. THE AUTHOR ACCEPTS NO LIABILITY, RESPONSIBILITY OR DAMAGES THAT ARISE FROM THE DOWNLOADING, PRINTING, BUILDING (INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO: CUTTING, SCORING, FOLDING, GLUING OR STICKING), USING OR PLAYING WITH THESE TOYS. THE AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREACH OF COPYRIGHT WHICH RESULTS FROM AN INDIVIDUAL OR ENTITY ADDING ANY DESIGN, LOGO OR MOTIF TO ANY OF THE TOYS.
6. Termination
This License and the rights granted herein will terminate automatically upon any breach by You of the terms of this License.
7. Miscellaneous
Each time You distribute the Toys, the Author offers to the recipient a license to the Toys on the same terms and conditions as the license granted to You under this License.
8. Law and Jurisdiction
This License is governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding choice of law rules.
If any part of this License is found to be in conflict with the law, that part shall be interpreted in its broadest meaning consistent with the law, and no other parts of the License shall be affected.
